Inner Wave
Sunday Mornings 9:00am – 10:00am with Ronny Temple at the Olympia Ballroom in Olympia.
This class is movement meditation in its purest sense. The Inner Wave is a time to come and be held in the intimacy of the personal dance. No interruptions, no partnerships, no distractions. Just the body in motion to the rhythm of the Wave. With a gentle unfolding of uninterrupted music we move through the rhythms as individuals within the collective field.
Sweat Your Prayers
Sunday Mornings 10:30am – 12:00pm at the Olympia Ballroom in Olympia.
If you are looking for an orgasmic dance experience in a safe and sacred container- this is it! The form of this class is as simple as it is profound. It starts with a warm-up, followed by a short exercise to help us get grounded and present, followed by a 5Rhythms® Dance Wave.
Deep Waves
1st & 3rd Tuesdays evenings 6:30pm – 8:00pm starting February 3, 2025 at the Olympia Ballroom in Olympia.
This facilitated 5Rhythms® class is an ongoing exploration of the embodiment practice created by Gabrielle Roth. It is meditative, expressive, fun, and transformative. Each evening features a unique theme designed to deepen our practice, expand our movement vocabulary, and connect more deeply with ourselves, others, and the greater field. Appropriate for all levels including beginners.
Dances with Duncan
Thursday evenings 6:30pm – 8:00pm at the Olympia Ballroom in Olympia.
We gather each week to explore and give physical expression to what is moving inside us. We move in community, in the honesty of the body. There is time and space for each of us, and for all of us. No prior experience necessary. Visit the Dances with Duncan Facebook page for more info.
